On 10th May 2018, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted at its 95th session the Final Proposal of the Act on Amendments to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Act and sent it to the second reading in the Croatian Parliament.
In the debate on the proposed act in the working bodies of the Croatian Parliament, as well as in the discussion during the first reading in the Croatian Parliament, there were no substantive objections, suggestions and opinions that the proponent could specifically express. The Final Act on Amendments to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Act is harmonized with Directive 2007/2/EZ of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 on the establishment of a European Spatial Information Infrastructure (INSPIRE) in the spatial data themes definitions as well as access restrictions, and will be fully transposed into Croatian legislation.
