The conference SDI Days 2026 represents the central professional gathering dedicated to the development, management and application of spatial data infrastructures, primarily at the national level and through the implementation of European legislation, as well as across the broader regional level of neighboring countries. It represents a reference professional platform for connecting experts from public administration, the scientific research and academic community, the private sector and other interested stakeholders working in the field of spatial data infrastructures, as well as in the broader domain of spatial data in general.

The conference content focuses on the professional, expert and technical dimensions of spatial data, with particular emphasis on spatial data infrastructures, interoperability and standardization, the development of network services and digital platforms and the management of spatial data throughout their entire life cycle. Special emphasis is placed on the establishment, development, and maintenance of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia, which enables multi-sectoral and cross-sectoral exchange of spatial data and supports efficient and informed decision making in all segments that are based on spatial data.
