The State Geodetic Administration is committed to making its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with the Accessibility of the Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia Act  (Official Gazette no. 17/2019) which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (OJ  L 327, 2. 12. 2016.).

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 1 September 2020 based on the model accessibility statement, which is compliant with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies, and defined by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.   Assessments of any exemptions from the application of this Act shall be made by the State Geodetic Administration.
