The 14th session of the NSDI Council was held

On 27 January 2026, the 14th session of the 7th convocation of the NSDI Council was held, chaired by the President of the NSDI Council, the Director General of the State Geodetic Administration, Antonio Šustić. The session was held in accordance with the proposed agenda in online form via the Microsoft Teams platform.

At the session, the new Rules of Procedure of the NSDI Council were presented and adopted. The members were then presented with the “Report on Activities Related to the Establishment, Maintenance and Development of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure for 2025”, including an overview of the main achievements within the legislative, organizational, and technical framework. The Report indicates an increase in the number of newly registered subjects and spatial data sources in the NSDI Registers and in the Metadata Catalogue on the NSDI Geoportal.
 
The State Geodetic Administration will take further steps required for the Report to be adopted by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
