Representatives of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre of the Republic of Moldova on the first day of their visit were welcomed by the Director of the State Geodetic Administration Damir Šantek, PhD who took an opportunity to wish them a pleasant work and expressed the desire to deepen the relationship between the Agency and the State Geodetic Administration in future projects.
In the continuation of the program of the first day of the study visit, numerous presentations devoted to the topic of the establishment and development of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure in the Republic of Croatia from the beginning to the current state were presented to colleagues from Moldova as well as the work and role of the State Geodetic Administration as a National Contact Point. Furthermore, the structure and the products and services of the State Geodetic Administration were presented at the second day of the program. The third day of the visit the work of the NSDI Division, achievements in the establishment of NSDI in the Republic of Croatia as well as tools we use were presented.
Within the program, representatives of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre of the Republic of Moldova visited the representatives of NSDI subjects from the national and local level, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy, the Croatian Agency for the Environment and Nature and the City of Zagreb. The NSDI subjects presented their activities in order to meet the requirements from the INSPIRE directive. The colleagues also visited the Faculty of Geodesy of the University of Zagreb where they had the opportunity to learn more about the realization of the BESTSDI project, which aims to analyze and research SDI stakeholders to develop a university curriculum and lifelong learning program in the field of SDI and about the work of the Institute for Spatial Development and Development of the Physical Planning Information System.

TAIEX supports public administration in terms of harmonization and implementation of EU legislation and facilitates the exchange of best practices in the European Union and representatives of the Republic of Moldova have chosen Croatia as an example of good practice and expressed the desire to accomplish this visit.
