The report provides a concise overview of activities in all areas of the NSDI, particularly those related to the legislative, institutional, and technical frameworks, as well as to strengthening capacities and raising awareness about NSDI in 2024. During 2024, progress was made in the establishment of the NSDI, which is particularly evident in the increased availability of public sector spatial data in a transparent and interoperable manner.
During the year, activities continued on the NSDI Registers, the NSDI Geoportal, and the “GeoCroatia” viewer and mobile application intended for citizens. Also, a significant number of activities were carried out to raise awareness and promote NSDI, including organizing conferences and providing support to NSDI subjects through workshops and meetings.
The report was presented at the Government session by Antonio Šustić, the Director-General of the State Geodetic Administration.
