  • On June 30, 2021, a meeting of the NSDI Committee was held. The results of the work of the NSDI working groups were presented to the members of the committee, and Deputy Director General Antonio Šustić on this occasion thanked the leaders of the working groups for their contribution to the development of the NSDI and awarded appreciation letters from the SGA.

  • Workgroup for NSDI spatial data held its 17th regular meeting on May 10th 2019. The aim of the Workgroup is to face and solve problems arising from the data, overlapping jurisdiction of the themes and to present Croatia in the INSPIRE community data-related activities.

  • 90 new spatial data sources in the NSDI Metadata Catalog
  • The National Contact Point in cooperation with the Croatian Agency for the Environment and Nature (CAEN) has established an automatic harvesting of data between the two catalogs, the NSDI Geoportal and the ENVI portal, and thus a large number of sources are now included in the NSDI Metadata Catalog.

  • A meeting of Workgroup for NSDI capacity building was held
  • Workgroup for NSDI capacity building held its first meeting in the new composition on 17 May 2018 at the State Geodetic Administration.
    The basic task of this Workgroup is to provide suggestions for the most efficient way of building the NSDI capacity, which relate to human capacities and raise their level of knowledge about NSDI.

  • The official INSPIRE website published the news of the publication of the report on the status of INSPIRE in the Balkan countries. The report provides an overview of the status of National Spatial Data Infrastructure in the Western Balkans and the review of their efforts towards the implementation of the INSPIRE Directive.
